slightly used items

Introduction: This article explains the eligibility requirements for returning items that have been opened, used, or accessed.

Is it possible to return a slightly used item? We accept returns on slightly used items provided they meet the following criteria:

• Laptop Condition: Laptops must be in "Like-New" condition. There should be no visible scratches, cracks, or hardware modifications. You must sign out of all personal accounts (Find My Mac/Windows Hello) before returning.

• Course Usage: For certifications, you may request a refund if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content and have not attempted any exams.

• Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee is applied to any hardware that has been opened and powered on to cover the cost of professional data wiping and refurbishing.

• Exclusions: Items with significant wear, water damage, or missing internal components cannot be returned.
