How do I return my item? To return a laptop or request a course refund, follow these steps:
Start the return: Log into your account, go to Order History, and select Request Return.
Prepare the hardware: For laptops, pack the device and all accessories (chargers/cables) into the original box.
Print your label: Download the prepaid shipping label from your email and attach it to the package.
Digital Courses: For certifications, simply submit the digital "Refund Request" form found in your Student Dashboard.
Drop off: Take your package to any authorized shipping center.
